As the manufacturer, we refurbish under our own certifications rather than subcontracting the work. Our team returns your idle tanks to service with the same quality control applied to every new vessel we build.
This program is available to licensed propane dealers, distributors, marketers, and equipment resellers. TRIARC does not refurbish tanks for homeowners or end users.

Every tank is abrasive blasted to bare steel, inspected, recoated, and fitted with a new multi-valve assembly and liquid level gauge before it ships back to you — set-ready inventory at a lower cost than new.

All tanks must be completely emptied and purged of LPG and all other product before pickup.

To maintain strict compliance and traceability, every tank’s original ASME nameplate is carefully masked prior to abrasive blasting, ensuring it is returned fully legible. Once the bare-metal restoration and hardware replacements are complete, all vessels are finished in our highly durable standard white coating.
Strict Exclusions & Safety Disqualifications
Safety dictates our intake process. We immediately reject tanks presenting an active leak, structural cracks, large dents, severe through-wall corrosion, or missing/illegible nameplates. Additionally, any vessel with a history of anhydrous ammonia (NH₃) service is strictly disqualified. NH₃ introduces a risk of stress corrosion cracking that cannot be reliably cleared through standard post-blast visual inspection.
